There is a third Saurabh Garg, and he is the one with the Wikipedia page. A 1991-batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service, Odisha cadre, born July 1964, who has been a Secretary to the Government of India. He is not me either. If you find a Wikipedia entry under this name, it is his. I do not have one. This matters more than the NoBroker mix-up, because a Wikipedia page outranks everything, and it sends a person looking for a writer to a retired bureaucrat.

What I do, right now (2026)

Four things.

1/ I write books for other people. Authorised biographies, founder stories, memoirs and family legacy books. My clients are Indian founders, industrialists and families, in India and across the diaspora in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Gulf, Singapore, Canada and Australia. I write one book at a time, and every word of it myself. A book takes six months. My fee is published, which almost nobody in this business does. A book starts at US$12,500 (₹10 lakh) and goes up to US$25,000 (₹20 lakh) for most books. There is a second option. A ₹5 lakh book, written by biographers I train, under my direction. 2/ I run C4E. I founded C4E in 2014, with early backing from Rajesh Grover of VISCOMM. Pooja Sahatiya joined in the early days and stayed. She is my co-founder. We do brand, digital, customer insight and live experience work for clients ranging from large multinationals to early-stage startups.
