I feel that everybody around this age has some symptoms of this crisis. This maybe in the form of the lesser opportunities to utilize the creative energy, family pressure for marriage, peer and friend's pressure in terms of getting the better paying jobs or may be the family responsibilities also.

I am also working in an MNC and staying away from home. I felt the solutions you have suggested are all tried and tested by me. During the weekdays, I am busy as hell no time to look into anything other than the project..but during weekends these worries come to haunt me. My way of tackling this is to -
1) Watch atleast one motivational movie per weekend.
2) Sleep as much as possible.
3) Talk to friends who have positive attitude towards life.
4) Run.
5) Develop a hobby (like the writing as you suggested).</description>
